Ordering Terms

PRICES
All prices are quoted in US funds. Please call us at (586) 260-0687 or email us at info@hittheice.com and we will be more than happy to discuss any questions you may have regarding any purchases or items.

PAYMENT TERMS
We accept the following methods of payment:

- Credit Cards (Visa & Mastercard)
- Money Orders
- Certified Checks
- Personal Checks (only within the USA)

We accept Visa and Mastercard without surcharge fees or minimum purchase requirements. To pay by credit card please call us at (586) 260-0687. Personal checks and Money Orders can be made payable to Hit The Ice Sports. Merchandise paid for by personal checks will be held until we receive confirmation from our bank that the check has cleared before shipping any merchandise ordered. All checks that are returned by the bank are subject to a $30 fee.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We use the Federal Express (FedEx), United States Postal Service (USPS), and United Parcel Service (UPS) to deliver merchandise.

Shipping rates within the USA on most items are as the following:

- Hockey Sticks $15.00
- Jerseys $12.00
- Gloves $15.00
- Helmets $15.00
- Skates $20.00
- Pucks $5.50
- Photographs $5.00

If you are purchasing more than one item, we will combine your shipping rate to save you money. All international orders shipping rates will be determined by email contact as shipping rates vary upon weight and ultimate destination. Hit The Ice Sports is not responsible for any international duties, fees or taxes, as these are the sole responsibility of the recipient (customer). All International parcels are insured and shipped as hockey merchandise with full declared value listed unless requested otherwise by recipient. If recipient requests other value, recipient assumes all responsibilities in transit, including damaged parcels, non-delivered packages and loss from non-delivery.

DUTIES AND TAX
Hit The Ice Sports is not responsible for any international duties, fees or taxes, as these are the sole responsibility of the recipient (customer). All International parcels are shipped as hockey merchandise with full declared value listed unless requested otherwise by recipient.

RETURNS
Due to the nature of merchandise offered by Hit The Ice Sports, we have a strict return policy, and require our customers to read it carefully. All merchandise is photographed in full detail to provide our customers with NO HIDDEN SURPRISES when received. What you see, is what you get. Merchandise may be returned within seven days of receipt for either a full refund (not including shipping) or a merchandise exchange or credit, only if the product received is not what we offered you.

Refunds and or merchandise returns will NOT be honored within this seven day return policy under the following terms: Items picked up in person and/or purchased in person are non-refundable, final sale items. All consignment sales are non-refundable and are final sale items. Items purchased on auctions (www.ebay.com), Ebay Store, or at a sale/discounted rate from advertised prices are non-refundable and are final sale items. Items that are sold to fullfill customers SPECIAL ORDERS are non-returnable final sale items.

LAY-A-WAYS / PAYMENT PLANS
We offer an interest free Lay-A-Way and Payment Plans for all customers who may want to purchase something from our website. Depending on the price of the merchandise that you would like to purchase, we will set up a payment plan that is affordable for you. We want your business and we will strive to make it happen.

Please read the following privacy statement provided to protect your personal information you provide us online. Hit The Ice Sports does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. Hit The Ice Sports may, from time to time, contact you regarding particular monthly specials, new arrivals, and autograph signings that may be taking place. In those cases, your personal nformation (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to a third party.

AUTHENTICITY
All autographed memorabilia, game worn jerseys, game used hockey sticks, and game used equipment we sell are, to the best of our knowledge, authentic and game worn by the player stated in our Letters of Authenticity. Every item that we sell is inspected to the fullest to make sure that what you are receiving is the 100% real deal. We have an extensive history with dealing closely with former and current players, teams and equipment managers. Every autographed or game used/worn item that we sell carries a lifetime guarantee of authenticity.

CERTIFICATES OF AUTHENTICITY
All one of a kind merchandise will be provided with a Letter of Authenticity from Hit The Ice Sports. Hit The Ice Sports provides our customers with an Authenticity Program which documents merchandise purchased with a full descriptive letter with a numbered Letter of Authenticity which remains in our records to protect our customers investment(s). Our Letters of Authenticity will insure your piece of hockey memorabilia authentic for life!

WANT LISTS
If there is a special or unique piece of sports memorabilia that you are seeking and it is not found on our website, please feel free to contact us via telephone, email, or write to us and we will help you find that special item. You will not be held liable to purchase any items that you request. We will contact you when something you were looking for becomes available and we will call you on a first-come-first-serve basis.
